Compressed Earth Blocks

The compressed earth bricks were built with a hand machine. This natural building material is made primarily of a mix of dry soil, non-expansive clay and aggregate.

Different mixtures were tested in order to find the right mixture for the production of “Migrating Landscapes”, Vogt Landscape’s installation in the Arsenale for the Biennale Archittetura Venezia, 2021.
