Team Assistant Administration and Finance (30-80%)

We are looking for a committed and responsible person with a good head for figures to join our team with immediate effect or by arrangement.


We are a creative SME with international operations, based in the heart of Zurich – just a five-minute walk from the main train station. Are you highly organised with solid skills in administration and accounting? Then you might be the ideal candidate!

 

In this diverse position, you will support us in multiple areas: in finance, you will assist with the monthly and annual financial statements for our locations in Switzerland, the UK, Germany and France. In HR, you will manage application administration and maintain personnel files. You will also take care of general administrative tasks, including coordinating purchases, travel organisation and handling incoming calls. We are seeking a proactive and positive all-rounder who appreciates working on a variety of tasks and enjoys engaging with a wide range of subjects.. You are a strong team player and confident to take on front-office responsibilities and approach tasks independently. You are fluent in German and English.
